Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
• Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at fxpepoxyart@gmail.com.
2. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will notify you of the refund status.
4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund amount will be reduced by a 10% restocking fee.
