Food Line – Sweet Time

Food Line – Sweet Time

Sweet Time is a handcrafted wall clock that transforms the playful world of sweets into a lasting composition made with resin. Colorful candy-inspired elements and iconic-looking bars create an energetic design against a deep black background.

At first glance, everything looks like real candy. In reality, no edible products are sealed inside the clock — every element has been created to preserve its appearance over time.

The Story Behind Sweet Time

The idea behind Sweet Time was simple: to create a clock that looks as if an entire collection of colorful sweets had been scattered across its surface — but to make it permanent.

Each colorful candy element was individually cast in resin and hand-finished to recreate the appearance of the original candy. They are not real sweets.

The bar-shaped elements were created with the same idea in mind. Their visible wrappers are used purely as a visual element, while there is no chocolate or other food inside — the interiors are made entirely from resin. This ensures that nothing inside the artwork can spoil or deteriorate over time.

Twelve bar-shaped elements are arranged around the dial to mark the hours, while dozens of colorful resin candies are scattered between them, creating a sense of controlled chaos.

The entire composition is encapsulated beneath a layer of high-gloss transparent resin. The deep black background intensifies the colors, while the white hands provide a strong contrast and keep the piece fully functional as a clock.

Sweet Time combines humor, color, and craftsmanship — a clock that looks sweet enough to eat, but was created to last.
